Event Staffing

--- The Black Radish Cafe is able to fulfill all your staffing needs we do not outsource ay staff they have all been through The Black Radish training program and are all trained to provide the highest level of service for your next event ---

Depending on the event and your staffing needs we do require a serving manager on site if servers and bartenders are needed. If food is being served on site but not cooked we do not require a chef on site our serving manager will manage the cooks as well. If cooking or assembly is being provided then a chef needs to be on site.


All staffing is a minimum of four hours and will included time and a half over 8 hours and double time over 12.

We charge time and a half for all stat holidays .


Serving Manager- $38 per hour –

Server – $25 per hour –

Bartender- $30 per hour –

Chef – $38 per hour –

Cook- $30 per hour –
